The Whitehorse 2020 Arctic Winter Games (AWG) welcomed its first Games Supporter to the team Thursday.
Klondike Business Solutions (KBS) will provide photocopiers for the AWG, both prior to and during Games time. They will also provide in-kind support for paper and supplies associated with the photocopiers, as well as any service needed.
“We are happy to confirm Klondike Business Solutions as an integral part of the Arctic Winter Games team,” said 2020 AWG General Manager, Moira Lassen. “We’re already seeing the benefits of this partnership at AWG headquarters, and the support will continue through Games time, with KBS providing equipment to assist our mission staff and administration.”
With the 2020 AWG just over one year away, Lassen added, it’s important to get community partnerships in place.
“We’re excited to join the 2020 Arctic Winter Games as an Official Supplier,” said Paul Scholz, General Manager of KBS. “Klondike Business Solutions is Yukon First Nations-owned and locally operated, and we believe in supporting our community, so we are happy to be part of another great Arctic Winter Games hosted in Whitehorse.”
Klondike Business Solutions has offered experienced service to Yukoners for nearly 30 years. Their focus is on simplifying the office furniture, information technology and business equipment needs of business owners and office managers throughout the Yukon and Northern BC.
The 2020 Arctic Winter Games will be held March 15 to 21, 2020 in Whitehorse.
